1. Who we are

This website (tenlab.tech) is operated by TenLab, a freelance digital marketing practice run by Mantas, based in Vilnius, Lithuania. For the purposes of data protection law, TenLab is the "data controller" of the personal data described below.

2. What data we collect

Data you give us directly

  • When you submit the intake form on the Contact page: your name, email address, the service you're enquiring about, your indicative monthly budget range, and whatever you write in the message field.
  • When you email hello@tenlab.tech directly, message us on WhatsApp, or contact us via LinkedIn or Instagram: whatever information is contained in that conversation, handled under each of those platforms' own privacy terms.

Data collected automatically

  • Our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data for every visit (such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed) for security and performance purposes — this is standard practice for virtually all websites.
  • This site does not currently run Google Analytics, Google Ads remarketing tags, a Meta/Facebook Pixel, or any other advertising or analytics tracking script. If that changes in the future, this section will be updated and a cookie-consent banner will ask for your permission before any non-essential cookie is set.

3. Why we use your data

  • To reply to your enquiry — processing your contact-form or email details is necessary to respond to the request you made (legal basis: performance of a contract / steps taken at your request, under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To keep the site secure and working — technical/server logs are processed under our legitimate interest in protecting the site from abuse and diagnosing faults (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who we share it with

  • Web3Forms — the contact form on this site is delivered by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service that forwards your submission to our inbox by email. Web3Forms acts as a data processor and only sees the data you actually submit in the form.
  • Our hosting provider — handles the technical infrastructure the site runs on, and by necessity processes the server logs described above.

Some of these providers may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area. Where that's the case, they are contractually required to provide a level of protection equivalent to EU/EEA data protection law.

5. How long we keep it

Contact-form and email enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a project goes ahead, for the duration of that working relationship plus any period required by Lithuanian accounting/tax law. Server logs are typically retained by hosting providers for a short rolling window (commonly a few weeks) before being automatically purged.

6. Cookies

This site currently sets no non-essential cookies (no analytics, no advertising, no tracking). Depending on your hosting/theme setup, WordPress itself may set a small number of strictly-necessary technical cookies (for example, related to security). A separate cookie-consent notice will govern any future analytics or advertising cookies before they are activated.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it (right of access).
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data (right to rectification).
  • Ask us to delete your data where there's no good reason for us to keep it (right to erasure).
  • Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing (rights to object / restrict).
  • Ask for a portable copy of data you gave us directly (right to data portability).
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Lithuania, this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if we add analytics, advertising cookies, or a new third-party tool. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
