Credentials you can
verify yourself.
I'm Mantas — a Google Ads and SEO specialist you work with directly, with no agency layer in between. Below is the whole chain, from where the studying started to every Google Skillshop exam. No "years of experience" without numbers attached.
The credential tree.
One branch per stage. Hover a certificate — or tap it on a phone — to see what it actually covers.
Studies begin — Socialinių mokslų kolegija
Full-time studies in Vilnius since 2023. This is where the part no certificate teaches came from: consumer behaviour, market logic, and being able to explain a decision to a person instead of only to a report.
TenLab — practice on live accounts
From theory to real accounts and real budgets. From this point on, every new certificate was taken because a client question demanded it — not to add a badge to a profile.
Erasmus+ — Algebra University, Zagreb
An exchange programme in Croatia. All eight Google Skillshop exams were taken that same summer — which is why their dates cluster.
Google Ads — six certifications
Every Google Ads campaign type I actually run: Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Apps and Performance Max. Skillshop certificates expire after 12 months and have to be re-taken — so they show current knowledge, not knowledge someone once had.
Analytics and measurement — two certifications
A separate branch, because without it everything else is guesswork. This is where conversion tracking, attribution and GA4 sit — what makes it possible to say which channel brought the customer, not just how many clicks there were.
Graduation — in progress
The only node on this tree that is still open. The tree keeps growing until then — every new certificate appears here the same week it is taken.
What a certificate
means — and doesn't.
Honestly: a certificate is not a guarantee of results. But the absence of one says something too.
It means I know the tool
Skillshop exams test the things that actually break accounts in practice: match types, bidding strategies, feed errors, attribution. Which means you are not paying for my learning curve out of your ad budget.
It means the knowledge is current
Google Skillshop certifications expire after 12 months and must be re-taken. The Google Ads interface and campaign types change enough in a year that a 2019 certificate tells you nothing today.
It does not mean guaranteed rankings
Nobody can guarantee a #1 position on Google — not a certified specialist, not an agency. What I can guarantee is that you see exactly what was done, measured in the same tools you also have access to.
It does not replace your knowledge of your business
I know Google. You know your customers. The good results come from those two halves talking to each other — which is why I ask more questions than you probably expect from a marketing specialist.
Where this gets used.
Certifications are a toolbox. Here is what I build with it.
All of it is visible
on LinkedIn too.
Certifications, studies and the Erasmus exchange — the same records, verified by a platform I don't control. Opens in a new tab.
